PARK Roanoke issues parking violation tickets in the Off-Street Parking Lots and Garages owned by the City of Roanoke. Examples of violations include improperly parking in a disabled parking space, double parking, parking in a reserved space, underpaying for time parked or failure to pay honor box. These tickets are different from the on-street parking tickets that are issued for various violations.
If you believe that your PARK Roanoke violation ticket has been issued in error, you may request an administrative review. PARK Roanoke will gladly review any issues concerning an off-street violation ticket you may wish to appeal. To appeal the orange, Off-Street Violation Ticket, complete the Parking Violation Appeal Form or write a letter stating the reason(s) for the appeal within 10 calendar days of the ticket issuance date. Please be sure to include the ticket number, your name, mailing address, and telephone number as well as email address. Mail the violation, along with the appeal form enclosed to the address below. PARK Roanoke will review the matter and inform you of the outcome, usually within 3 to 5 business days.
